If you enroll or are enrolled in a Medicare Advantage plan, such as Medicare HMO Blue (Blue Care®65) or Medicare PPO Blue, and chose the prescription coverage option, you will use our network of retail pharmacies. You can use any pharmacy in our network. The pharmacies in our network can change at any time. We will keep you updated about any changes.

If you go to a pharmacy that's not in our network, you might have to pay more for your prescriptions. You also might have to follow special rules before getting your prescription in order for the prescription to be covered under our plan.

There are a number of pharmacies in our network. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts has contracts with pharmacies that equal or exceed CMS requirementsfor pharmacy access in your area. The following retail pharmacies are also part of our network.

In addition to our retail pharmacy network, we also offer you the convenience of a Mail Service prescription program. The program is administered by Express Scripts, Inc., and is convenient, cost-effective, and completely confidential.
