The Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Senior Plans Pharmacy formulary includes most generic and many common brand-name medications.
Is Your Medication Covered?
To learn whether your medication is covered under your Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts health plan, use the list below. Just click on the first letter of the name of your medication. You will see a list of medications. If your medication is not on the list, then it is not covered. Talk with your doctor to learn whether there is another, covered medication that you can take to treat the same condition.
Please be aware that the medications shown on this formulary are different than the medications covered by the Blue Medicare Rx formulary.
